By booking an appointment with Beautiful Skin Beauty Therapy Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients or refusal of treatment.Full treatment fees will still apply.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT

We reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time if we feel it is not suitable, safe, or if we are uncomfortable proceeding for any reason.

CONSULTATION AND MEDICAL DISCLOSURE

All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities. We are not liable for any adverse reactions where information has not been disclosed.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of treatment.

PACKAGES AND EXPIRY

All treatment packages must be used within the timeframe advised in your personalised treatment plan.
Packages will expire 4 weeks after the recommended treatment period.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

The 20% first time client discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, packages, or discounted treatments.
This offer excludes Advanced Skin Medical Microneedling.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on treatments or packages purchased. Skincare products may be exchanged if faulty, as per Australian Consumer Law.

GIFT VOUCHERS

* Gift vouchers are valid for redemption on treatments and products at Beautiful Skin Beauty Therapy Clinic only.

* Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

* Vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment.

* Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

* Gift vouchers are transferable but must be used in full or within the stated validity period.

* Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounted packages unless stated otherwise.

* Where a gift voucher has been purchased or issued as part of a special promotion, the voucher will be valid for 6 months after the promotional period has ended, unless otherwise specified.

* Standard gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

* All bookings are subject to availability.

* We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel it is not suitable or appropriate for the client at the time of consultation.

AFTERCARE

Following all treatments, clients must adhere to the recommended aftercare advice. We are not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We take no responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.

SOCIAL MEDIA / BEFORE AND AFTER IMAGES

We may capture before and after photos or videos for treatment progress, educational purposes, and marketing, including use on social media and our website.

Client consent will always be requested prior to capturing or sharing any images. You have the right to decline or withdraw consent at any time.

All images are used respectfully and, where possible, without identifying features. No personal information will be shared without your permission.
