At Beautiful Skin, our clients safety, comfort, and satisfaction are our highest priorities. Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions before booking an appointment.
Right to Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:
We believe the service is not suitable for your skin type or concern.
Our staff feels uncomfortable or disrespected in any way.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late:
Your treatment time may be reduced to avoid overlapping into the next client’s appointment.
In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to another day.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
This fee is non-refundable and cannot be used toward any future treatments.
First Time Client Discount
New clients receive 20% off their first treatment.
This offer excludes EXCEED CIT Medical Microneedling treatments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If notice is not provided 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied towards a future treatment.
